Teams Plus is a B2B carrier-grade voice infrastructure platform. We do not sell consumer products or services. The personal information we collect is primarily business contact information and platform usage data necessary to operate the voice network on behalf of enterprise customers.
This Privacy Policy describes how Juxto, LLC ("Teams Plus," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information through the Teams Plus platform and website (teamsplus.com). It applies to website visitors, prospective customers, and representatives of organizations that engage with Teams Plus for infrastructure services.
Teams Plus is operated by Juxto, LLC, a privately held company headquartered in Miami Beach, Florida. For privacy inquiries, the data controller is Juxto, LLC. Contact us at privacy@teamsplus.com.
We collect business contact information submitted through our contact form (name, company, email, phone), correspondence you send us, and contract information provided during onboarding. We also collect standard website usage data automatically (pages visited, browser type, IP address) and cookies as described below. For enterprise customers, operational data generated by voice services (call records, SIP logs, network metrics) is processed under the terms of the applicable customer agreement. We do not collect payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or sensitive personal information from website visitors.
We use personal information to respond to engineering inquiries, evaluate infrastructure requirements, deliver and improve platform services, communicate operational updates to customers, and meet legal and contractual obligations. We analyze website usage in aggregate to improve content. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for behavioral advertising.
We share data with infrastructure partners (Equinix, Ribbon, Snowflake) and telecommunications carriers (Bell, Telus, Bandwidth, Sinch, Infobip) solely as necessary to deliver voice services, under contractual data protection obligations. We may disclose information when required by law, regulation, or lawful government request. In the event of a business transfer, personal information may be included as part of the transaction with appropriate notice. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with data brokers or for marketing purposes.
Customer data content (recordings, messages) is deleted within 30 days of contract termination. Telecommunications metadata is retained for a maximum of 18 months per FCC requirements, then permanently deleted. Audit logs are retained for a minimum of one year. Account and contract records are retained for the duration of the customer relationship and as required by law. Customer deletion requests are honored within 30 days.
Teams Plus applies administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to a carrier-grade voice infrastructure platform, including MFA on all systems handling sensitive data, encryption at rest, least-privilege access controls, annual third-party penetration testing, and background checks and confidentiality agreements for all personnel. In the event of a confirmed data security incident, affected customers are notified within 72 hours. Regulatory notifications are delivered per FCC, CRTC, PIPEDA, and other applicable requirements.
The Teams Plus website uses strictly necessary cookies (required for the site to function) and analytics cookies (aggregated, anonymized usage data to improve content). We do not use advertising cookies or participate in cross-site behavioral tracking networks. Analytics cookies can be disabled through browser settings without affecting site functionality.
